Fundamentals of Pastry (FOP)

Class Information

Our Basic P√Ętisserie series of 10 classes are designed to give you a strong foundation on which to build your pastry skills and knowledge. As you progress, you will learn how to prepare a wide selection of desserts and baked items through practical sessions.

The title of each class is in bold with the items we would cover underneath. Most classes will cover 2-3 items in full from scratch.

Classes run on Saturdays from 11 AM – 2 PM

Class size is maximum 8 students
