Message from the Director

SCAFA is happy to welcome you into our culinary family. SCAFA is an internationally recognised vocational institute dedicated to providing the highest level of culinary instruction through world class programmes.

At SCAFA, we believe in teaching students the ability to adapt to any kitchen, whether you are looking at running a small home based business, wanting to join a 5-Star Hospitality entity, or just learn a new skill, you will always leave the school having gained some new knowledge or skill.

During these difficult times, we would like to share with all candidates thinking of applying that we are very adamant about maintaining our SOP’s. We will be providing all training in the up-most hygienic standards and we will be limiting our numbers to ensure that we are able to control classrooms and keep everyone safe.

Since we started in 2012, together with my skilled team we have continuously updated the programs in line with the present and future development of the culinary and F’n’B Industry. Looking back we have educated over 400 professional students and many enthusiast cooks who pursue their successful careers in Pakistan and abroad. With this we invite you to join us to start your culinary dream at SCAFA!
